The Liszt Academy’s chamber music festival is one of the highlights of the annual concert program. In recent years, each edition has been themed around a literary work. This year, however, artistic directors Dénes Várjon and Izabella Simon have introduced a new concept: the inspiration for the concert programs will be the incredibly rich legacy of a great musical personality – Pablo Casals. Born 150 years ago, Pablo Casals was arguably the greatest cellist of the 20th century. His distinctive playing style revolutionized cello performance. As always, kamara.hu  will feature internationally renowned guest artists, making each concert a showcase of chamber music at its highest level – a truly exceptional experience for every listener.
