Season Tickets - 2026

19 May 2026

After a hiatus of several years, the Liszt Academy is once again offering season tickets for its own concerts. The titles were inspired by the magnificent Grand Hall: the inscriptions on the skylights—Rhythm, Beauty, Melody, Harmony, and Fantasy—have also become the titles of our season tickets. These words are not merely decorative elements, but the most fundamental concepts of music and aesthetics, which perfectly complement our program offerings.

RHYTHM – ENSEMBLES OF THE LISZT ACADEMY

Rhythm is the most ancient driving force of music—it both holds everything together and propels it forward. The concerts in our season ticket series focus on this energy: the Concert Wind Ensemble offers new rhythms and perspectives at the concert in early October—an ideal choice for those who enjoy the sound of a full orchestra and performances with sweeping momentum. At the end of October, the Symphony Orchestra of the Liszt Academy, conducted by Gábor Takács-Nagy, will showcase the dramatic power of works by Liszt and Beethoven, while in November, under the baton of Róbert Farkas, the rich hues of the Hungarian repertoire will come to life.
